New Product Delivery & Installation

Upgrade goes far beyond simply delivering products.

Prior to the day of service, Upgrade customer representatives will contact the customer to verify details, ensure understanding of our services, and provide an estimated time of delivery.

On the day of service, Upgrade employees will contact the customer to again verify the details about the service and provide a more precise window of arrival.

The customer’s product will be inspected before it is placed on the delivery truck to ensure its integrity. Once on the truck, it will be wrapped and secured to prevent damage during transit. A final inspection will be completed before the product is removed from the truck and again once the it has reached its final destination.
